Dear Fellow Member Breeders of the Pure Spanish Horse,

As we count down the last hours to the New Year and welcome 2014 ( the Year of the Horse ), I would like to express a personal word of appreciation for your support and contributions in making 2013 a fine inaugural year for our United States PRE Breeders Association.

The highly charged atmosphere in which USPREBA was launched in the last quarter of 2012 known to all – is now well behind us. But neither the commotion nor a generally troubled economy has prevented us from making considerable progress. Our Bylaws are transparent and grounded in democratic principles. Our Board of Directors of twelve (12) are well seasoned entrepreneurs and PRE Breeders. Our Breeder Advisors are known on both sides of the Atlantic  and our Regional Directors are self motivated leaders in each of their territories. It is through this structure that our breeder membership has grown to be the largest in North America containing the most preeminent and accomplished producers of quality P.R.E. livestock in the nation.

PREBA will continue to serve its breeders by seeking to forge a P.R.E. industry in the United States within the guidelines of fair and equal representation. I am convinced that though the coming year may be  less difficult than 2013, we will pursue our goals for continued progress with the same resolve and provide you effective leadership yielding maximum opportunities for all P.R.E. Breeders. The management of PREBA has a proven track record of achievement and is committed to exceeding member expectations in 2014.

Each of our Board of Directors and I would like to reach out and thank you for your support in achieving our goals, and we extend our warmest good wishes for a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year to you and your families.

God bless you and yours.

Sincerely,
